Shipanza connects senders with verified drivers. Enter your pickup and dropoff addresses, get an instant price quote, and a nearby driver picks up your package and delivers it to the destination.

Prices are based on the size of your move and the distance. You see the exact price before confirming - no hidden fees, no surge pricing, and no quote to chase.

Most deliveries within the same city are completed within 1-3 hours. Cross-city deliveries (e.g. Tel Aviv to Haifa) typically take 3-5 hours. You can track your package in real time.

Shipanza does not provide shipment insurance. For high-value items, we recommend obtaining your own insurance before shipping. All drivers are verified and rated by the community.

Visit the Drive & Earn page and fill out a short application. You'll need a valid Israeli driver's license and a vehicle. Applications are usually reviewed within a day or two.

Drivers earn competitive rates per delivery. The sender's payment goes directly into the driver's own account with our payment provider (Shipanza never holds it) and earnings are visible in the driver dashboard.

Weapons, controlled substances, hazardous materials, live animals, and cash above ₪500 are prohibited. See our Terms of Service for the full list.

We currently operate in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Netanya, Rishon LeZion, Petah Tikva, Ashdod, and surrounding areas - with coverage expanding regularly.

Yes. You can cancel for free before a driver accepts your order. Cancellation after driver acceptance may incur a small fee.

Shipanza (Hebrew: שיפנזה) is a moving platform, not the animal. The Hebrew spelling is שיפנזה, without the מ that makes שימפנזה — the chimpanzee. Shipanza is operated by Y.P. Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneurship Group Ltd (company no. 517379772) and serves all of Israel.
